Bath Tea

Directions: Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of bath tea into a heat proof container. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over bath tea, cover container a let the tea steep for up to 10 minutes, then strain. You can pour the finished tea directly into bathwater for a relaxing & beneficial herbal soak. Be cautions not to burn yourself and enjoy!

Ingredients: All ingredients are grown on our farm organically from seed, no pesticides, chemicals, or fertilizers were used: Lemon Balm, Sweet Basil, Bee Balm, Chicory, Mugwort, Blue Hyssop, Blue Sage & Comfrey.

Herbs offer us a whole host of medicinal benefits but can be tricky when taking internally due to dosage. Bath Tea is a wonderful way to work herbs into your selfcare routine without worrying if one is using too little or too much.

Did you know, that to unlock the benefits contained within dried herbs, it is very important to use water that is hot enough to steep the plant matter for up to 10 minutes, roughly 185 degrees. We do not recommend adding dried herbs directly to bath water, even if contained in a pouch. The bath water is simply not hot enough to release the oils and medicinal benefits of the plant matter. Plus, it makes a huge mess in the tub and it’s a pain to have to dump out, wash and dry the herb pouch after each use, am I right?

Bath tea infuses the water with antioxidants and works wonders to balance and clear skin. You may pair your bath tea with a cup of Epsom salt for added relaxation in your bath.

Our bath tea comes in a biodegradable, resealable pouch as loose tea. You may brew the bath tea as weak or strongly as you like using a simple tea pot.

All herbs included are grown on our farm organically from seed without the use of pesticides, fertilizer, growth regulators and junk.
